Discover Your Strengths

Discover Your Strengths

What do we mean by “strengths”?

Strengths are the unique combination of talents, knowledge, and skills that every person possesses.

People use innate traits and abilities in their daily lives to:

  • Complete their work
  • Relate with others, and
  • Achieve their goals

People who focus on their strengths every day have:

higher levels of energy

greater ability to achievegoals

more confidenceand less stress

more alignment to business results

better quality of life

However, most people don’t know what their strengths are or have the opportunity to use them to their advantage. This means they are less productive, less engaged at work and less satisfied with life than they could be.

I work with individuals and teams, using the Clifton Strengths assessment to help people discover their strengths, develop them and use them to get better outcomes in their work and lives, because there is hidden talent and untapped potential in us all.

What Is the “Clifton Strengths Assessment”?

For decades, the Clifton Strengths assessment (formerly Gallup StrengthsFinder) has helped people excel. From top business executives and managers to salespeople, nurses, teachers, students, pastors, and others, more than 12 million people have realized the benefitsof leading with their strengths.

Clifton Strengths is an online assessment. You respond to a series of questions from your computer or tablet. You then your Signature Themes Report, Strengths Insight Guide and Action Planning Guide.
