Mentoring programs to attract, retain and develop people are popular. The key to a successful mentoring program is planning and design. This workshop guides you through the critical elements of program design. Strategies for matching mentoring partners, facilitating the establishment effective relationships and the logistics of implementing your program will be discussed.

You will develop a framework for your own in-house mentoring program. During the workshop you will have the opportunity to:
