Internationally recognised as Australia’s leading mentoring authority, Mentoring Works founder Ann Rolfe has thirty years experience in learning and development, a background in career counselling and has specialised in mentoring since 1994.

Mentoring Works provides consulting, workshops and online learning worldwide. We facilitate mentoring programs in health, construction, energy, communications, education, law and government. We received the 2011 LearnX Asia Pacific Platinum Award for best coaching/mentoring program and in 2013, the New South Wales Juvenile Justice Excellence Award for Innovation.

Ann has spoken at national and international conferences in Australia, Canada, China Singapore, The Philippines and USA.
